- COLTALIN-DM is safe and reliable if 'Dosage and Administration' is observed. Do not exceed the stated dose.
- This drug may cause :
- drowsiness. If affected, do not drive or operate machinery
- excitability, especially in children
- COLTALIN-DM is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to any ingredients of this product
- Consult your doctor before use if :
- you are pregnant or are nursing baby
- you have glaucoma, heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid disease, high fever
- you have persistent or chronic cough caused by smoking, asthma or emphysema
- you have chesty cough, a breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis, or difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate gland
- you consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day
- your cough persists for more than 1 week or is accompanied by high fever
- Stop using this drug and consult a doctor if:
- symptoms do not improve
- symptoms are accompanied by fever that lasts for more than 3 days
- new symptoms occur, cough persists for more than 7 days, cough tends to recur, cough is accompanied by rash, persistent headache, sore throat that lasts more than 2 days, sore throat is accompanied or followed by fever, headache, rash, nausea, vomiting, nervousness, dizziness or sleeplessness
- Do not use with other products containing Acetaminophen (Paracetamol). It is dangerous to overdose
- Avoid alcoholic drink. Alcohol, sedatives, and tranquilizers may increase the drowsiness effect
- Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease)
- Do not use for more than 10 days for adults or 5 days for children
- Keep this drug out of the reach of children
- In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away
- Store between 15°C to 30°C (59°F to 86°F) in original pack
- Please do not use if package is broken
