Children (2 to 5 years):
  • 1 tablet every 4 hours
  • Not to exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours
  • Can be chewed, swallowed or dissolved in water, fruit juice or other liquid.
  • Copious intake of water afterwards is advisable
Children (6 to 12 years):
  • 2 tablets every 4 hours
  • Not to exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours

Each tablet contains: Purposes:
Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 125mg Pain reliever & fever reducer
Chlorpheniramine Maleate 1mg Antihistamine
Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 1mg Promotes carbohydrates metabolism and maintains normal function of cardiac, nervous and digestive system.
Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 2.5mg Nasal decongestant

  • Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson’s disease). Children’s Coltalin should not be taken during or within 14 days of MAOI treatment.

  • Children’s Coltalin is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to any ingredients of this product

  • Children’s Coltalin is safe and reliable if ‘Dosage and Administration’ is observed. Do not exceed the stated dose.
  • Children’s Coltalin may cause drowsiness. If affected, do not drive or operate machinery.
  • Consult a doctor before use if:
    • the child is under the care of a doctor
    • the child is receiving continual prescribed medication
    • the child has glaucoma, heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes or thyroid disease.
    • fever or pain persists, gets worse, new symptoms occur, redness or swelling is present.
    • the child is under 2 years old
  • Do not use with other products containing Paracetamol (Acetaminophen). It is dangerous to overdose.
  • Do not take this product for fever for more than 3 days or for pain for more than 5 days.
  • Phenylketonurics: contains phenylalanine.
  • Keep this drug out of the reach of children

  • Store in a cool dry place and in original pack
  • Please do not use if package is broken
