- Monoamine
Oxidase Inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric
or emotional conditions, or Parkinson’s disease). Children’s
Coltalin should not be taken during or within 14 days of MAOI treatment.
- Children’s
Coltalin is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to
any ingredients of this product
- Children’s
Coltalin is
safe and reliable if ‘Dosage
and Administration’ is observed. Do not exceed the stated dose.
- This
drug may cause:
- drowsiness.
If affected, do not drive or operate machinery.
- excitability,
especially in children.
- Consult your
doctor before use if:
- the child
has glaucoma, heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid
disease,
or a breathing problem
such as chronic bronchitis.
- the child
is taking sedatives or tranquilizers
- you do not
know if your child’s
prescription drug contains MAOI
- the child
needs to take this medicine for more than 5 days
- Stop using
this drug and consult a doctor if:
- pain or nasal
congestion gets worse or lasts more than 5 days
- fever gets
worse or lasts more than 3 days
- redness or
swelling is present
- nervousness,
dizziness or sleeplessness occurs
- new symptoms
occur
- your child
has been using this drug for more than 5 days
- Do not use
with other products containing Acetaminophen (Paracetamol). It is
dangerous to overdose.
- Sedatives and
tranquilizers may increase the drowsiness effect
- Phenylketonurics:
Contains Phenylalanine 4.2mg per tablet.
- Keep this drug
out of the reach of children
- In case of overdose,
get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

- Store in a cool dry place and in original pack
- Please
